Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information CheckoutReady collects, how we use it to deliver reports, and how we minimize retention around scan data and order processing.
Information we collect
We collect the email address, website URL, selected payment platforms, and business context that you submit through the request form. We also collect limited product analytics through PostHog and operational error data through Sentry.
How we use information
We use submission data to create orders, notify our operations inbox, prepare reports, process payments, and respond to support requests. Analytics events help us measure which landing pages and platform keywords convert best.
Retention
We design the service around minimal retention. Scan data should be destroyed after fulfillment and operational retention windows, and scan records are intended to be removed after 24 hours where product flows allow it.
Payment and order records may be retained longer when required for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, or customer support.
Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to operate CheckoutReady, including Supabase for storage, Resend for email delivery, Creem for payment processing, PostHog for analytics, Sentry for monitoring, and hosting providers that run the application.
Your rights
To request deletion, correction, or a copy of your submitted information, contact hello@checkoutready.dev. We will respond using the email address associated with the request whenever possible.
