2. Subscription Cancellation SLA You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time with 1 click directly inside your account dashboard under Settings > Billing. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle, and no further automated renewals will occur.

Exclusions & Fair Usage Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances: - Violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (including abusive automation, unauthorized scraping, or chargeback fraud). - Expired subscription periods where software features were continuously available and utilized without notice of dispute. - Promotional, enterprise pilot, or custom volume agreements containing explicit non-refundable clauses.
